CSD Unveils Strategic Plan for 2023-2026
At the March 14, 2023, legislative board meeting, CSD Superintendent Brian W. Scriven unveiled the district’s strategic plan, which will guide the district’s course for the next three years. Created with broad constituent participation and feedback, the plan has seven pillars: Portrait of a Graduate; Teaching and Learning; Social Emotional and Mental Health; Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Inclusion; Climate and Culture for Student Success; Communications; and Infrastructure, Facilities and Finance. The district is committed to working with all stakeholders in order to take our district to the next level of excellence. The success of our strategic planning depends on our entire community being engaged, and all constituents are urged to join the discussions in whatever mode works best for them.
