Facilities Committee Presentation December 2021

With committee co-chair Charles Burdell-Williams presiding, the Facilities Committee met via Zoom on Tuesday, Dec.  7. CSD Facilities Director Tim Holman delivered updates regarding the issues at Wyncote, Cedarbrook, Glenside, CHS and the Administration Building. The board expressed its desire to have tracking of the SchoolDude preventive maintenance work orders being done shared in future presentations. Districtwide lighting assessment by Denney Electric was shared. The board was briefed on CSD’s snow removal readiness, and, even though there are supply chain issues regarding machinery, we don’t anticipate any issues with our snow removal endeavors. The next Facilities Committee meeting is Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 7 p.m. over Zoom. Video>
