With committee co-chair Bill England presiding, the Facilities Committee convened over Zoom on Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021. CSD Acting Business Manager Chuck Linderman introduced the district’s new facilities director Timothy Holman, who started in his new role on Monday, Nov. 8. Building and maintenance updates were delivered on the following: Pipe condensation at CHS; Hurricane Ida-related flooding and remediation, lighting issues and the gym floor (which is scheduled to be completed and be ready for use on Monday, Nov. 15) at Cedarbrook Middle School; boiler cracking at Elkins Park; and glycol piping at Wyncote Elementary. The next Facilities Committee meeting is Tuesday, Dec. 7, immediately following the school board reorganization meeting. Video>
