With co-chair Bill England presiding, the Facilities Committee convened in a Zoom webinar room on Tuesday, Jan. 5. The agenda included updates on COVID-19, facilities maintenance school updates, facilities capital improvement plan and SchoolDude. Committee members were briefed about  COVID-19 facilities updates, including the air filtration installed at the high school and Elkins Park in order to meet air flow requirements, the completion of the A/C project at EP. Information was provided in relation to the next steps of the district’s facilities condition assessment which will be utilised for its capital improvement plan. The next Facilities Committee meeting is Tuesday, Feb. 2 at 7 p.m.
