(January 3, 2023) Seniors Hannah Emtage (violin), Somto Amaefuna (violin), and freshmen Adora Abdul (viola) and William Edgar (cello) have been accepted to perform at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District 11 Orchestra Festival. The audition, at which the musicians performed an assigned solo, scales, and a sight reading excerpt, included hundreds of instrumentalists from across Montgomery and Bucks Counties. The 2023 district festival will be held January 25-27 at Perkiomen Valley High School.
