(December 14, 2022) CHS seniors Jalen Lewis and Chris Demosthene presented a STEM lesson to the Leadership Academy at Elkins Park School on Tuesday afternoon. They brought Micro:bits and taught the young men how to program in JavaScript, using sensors, buttons, and LED displays.

Lewis and Demosthene plan to attend college next year, possibly for computer science or game design. Their lesson stressed the perseverance necessary to write computer programs, especially when exploring new technology.
