(November 1, 2022) Choir senior Celia Bluestine successfully auditioned to be part of the SATB Honor Choir in 2023. Bluestine’s opportunity comes through the National Conference of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), which will take place February 22-25 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The highly competitive audition process included 4,000 students from all around the country. Of those 4,000 entrants, only 300 were accepted into the 9-12th grade honor choir. At the conference, Bluestine will be working with Dr. Eugene Rodgers, a world-renowned conductor and professor at University of Michigan. Congratulations, Celia!
