Caelen Donahue Junior Caelan Donahue, a Bass 2 in Cheltenham High School’s Select Choir, was one of six in his voice category to qualify for the Pennsylvania All-State Festival at this past weekend’s Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) Region VI Chorus Festival at North Penn High School.

Representing Cheltenham well, Donahue performed with more than 150 other singers from across Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Philadelphia Counties during two days of rehearsals and an excellent concert.

The state festival is April 22-25 in Pocono Mountains, Pa., and Caelan and about 160 other exceptional young musicians from across the state will sing under the direction of Dr. Amanda Quist, the director of choral activities at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami (Fla.).
