During his athletic director tenure, Seman won the 2017 Metropolitan Philadelphia Athletic Association Athletic Director of the Year award, was named a sports “Under 40” award recipient by “Coach & Athletic Director” magazine, and published the article “Leading through Learning” in “Coach & Athletic Director.”
