Seniors Gain Entry into 2020 Drexel Photo High School Contest Exhibition

2020 Drexel Photo High School Contest Exhibition Congratulations to senior AP Photography students Juliana Ancheta and Brianna Freeman, whose images have been selected for inclusion in the 20th annual Drexel University Photography High School Contest exhibition

“We received stunning images from all over, and the judges faced hard decisions in making these selections. We thank everyone for their outstanding submissions that make this a challenge to curate each year!” contest runners stated on the exhibition’s virtual gallery landing page.

Ancheta’s image, “Golden,” is a sun-drenched, yet shadowy portrait of CHS 2019 graduate Robert Nolan. Freeman’s black and white image is called “Untitled” and depicts a shimmering cluster of hung vases. View the entire show at

This year’s exhibition includes images from 267 students from 27 states. Those selected for exhibition inclusion came from more than 2,100 submitted images from 771 students at 348 schools in 39 states. The contest is open to all high school students across the United States and its territories.
