New Online Registration System Coming Soon
We are excited to announce our district will launch an online student registration system in September that will enable the electronic submission of documents such as registration and health emergency forms. The district has partnered with InfoSnap, an educational online forms system affiliated with PowerSchool, the district student information system.
The system utilizes a secure process that will allow the district to verify all demographic, emergency and medical information for your child before the start of a new school year. Also, the system will allow you to electronically sign certain permission forms required by school board policies. In short, this online process replaces all the hard copy student registration and various permission forms that your child brings home on the first day of school. Due to staffing changes, the district was not able to implement this for the start of the school year.
Please know that moving forward all demographic information will be updated through InfoSnap, including telephone numbers, emails and home and work addresses. (Note: To have your home address changed in PowerSchool, you must still provide the required proof of residency documentation to Central Registration. There will be no need to contact your child’s school directly to update this information.)
When it is time to complete the online form, you will receive a letter from the district with instructions on how to access the system for your child. The letter will contain a link/instructions and a secure "Snapcode” that connects directly to your student’s information. You will create an account to utilize each year for this process and submit a form for each child in your family. Families with multiple children will have the option to copy all generic family information on the electronic form for each of your children.
Please complete these forms as soon as possible after receiving the letter. If you do not have access to the Internet, please contact Central Registration for an appointment to utilize a computer at the Administration Building to complete the process.
