CHS Student Attends Novaedge Engineering Program
NovaEdge Diversity in Engineering is a one-week, on campus program to introduce a diverse population of students from different ethnic and social backgrounds to the traditional fields of engineering, including Chemical, Civil and Environmental, Computer and Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering. CHS Senior, Kennedy Clark, attended the program this summer.
During the program, Kennedy lived on campus and was introduced to unique aspects of Villanova's College of Engineering, which included international service learning, Sustainable Engineering and Engineering Entrepreneurship. Students who attend this program also get to attend lectures and participate in hands-on laboratory experiments.
