Student Services Partners with CARing for Kids Foundation to Distribute Winter Coats

Driving Away The Cold Campaign With winter fast approaching, the Cheltenham School District received 150 coats from the Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia-Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation to disperse to families in need. Thank you to Faulkner Nissan of Jenkintown for facilitating the shipment of coats ranging from size 4 through adult small/medium. District social workers and school counselors will work together to identify students who can benefit from a new coat.

The effort is part of the 12th annual Driving Away the Cold program, which has given away 419,700 coats since its launch. In 2019, the foundation gave away 52,700 coats.
