My name is Frank Redmond, and I am thrilled to join the school counseling team at Cedarbrook Middle School. As a proud member of the Cheltenham school community, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep passion for student success.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in biological anthropology from Temple University and a Master of Science in counseling psychology with a focus on school counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University. Prior to Cedarbrook, I served as a school counselor, restorative practices coordinator, and in various other roles in the School District of Philadelphia for over 20 years.
As a school counselor, my top priority is to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students. I firmly believe that strong relationships—between students, parents, and staff—are the cornerstone of a thriving and inclusive school environment.
Through restorative practices, I aim to nurture these connections and foster a positive school climate where every student feels valued and supported.
I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you in making this school year a positive and enriching experience for all.
