Carli Segal, Myers Elementary School Counselor
Carli Segal is proud to have served as Myers Elementary's school counselor for 12 years and counting! Carli was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Muhlenberg College and master's degrees in counseling and psychological services from the University of Pennsylvania.
Carli began her school counseling career in a K-12 approved private school for students with significant emotional support needs. She hopped aboard the Myers Peace Train in 2012, and since then she has poured her heart and soul into supporting the Myers school community at the individual student, classroom, and school-wide levels. In her role as elementary school counselor, Carli provides individual and group counseling services, delivers regular classroom-based social emotional learning lessons, and spearheads Myers' PBIS and MTSS efforts with the primary goal of maintaining a positive, productive, and peaceful school climate where ALL students are granted access to the opportunities and resources they need to feel successful.
Outside of school, Carli enjoys spending time with her family, writing fiction novels, and cheering for her beloved Philadelphia sports teams.
