Will Littles and Suzanne Wissmann are in new positions within the Office of Facilities and Maintenance. Littles is the new assistant director of facilities and maintenance, while Wissmann is the office’s administrative assistant.

Littles, who had served in the assistant role on an interim basis since April, has been with the district since 2010, starting as a custodian. He rose through the ranks to night lead custodian to head custodian before becoming the custodial supervisor in 2023.

In his position as assistant, Littles oversees daily operations of district-wide facilities and maintenance; supervises custodial, grounds, and maintenance staff to ensure efficiency and safety; develops and monitors preventive maintenance schedules for district buildings and equipment; manages vendor contracts, supply ordering, and project budgets; supports administration with building inspections and compliance with state/federal regulations; and coordinates emergency response and safety procedures with district leadership.

Wissmann started as the administrative assistant in Facilities and Maintenance in September after six years as the secretary to the principal at Cedarbrook Middle School. Prior to that, she was the secretary to the principal at Glenside Elementary from 2015-2019. She started at Cheltenham in 2013 when she was an assistant group supervisor for C.L.A.S.P., the district’s before and aftercare service. In all, Wissmann brings over 20 years of administrative experience to the position.
