DIVERSITY FESTIVAL AT GES

Thanks to P.A.W.S. for hosting Glenside’s Diversity Festival on Thursday evening. The event included more than 10 stations highlighting everywhere from Spain’s Basque Country to Sicily and Togo, and everything from pasta making to finger knitting. 

Students with “passports” collected stamps by visiting and learning about other countries, too, like Brazil, Poland and Pakistan. Each station highlighted the food, culture and customs of those nations. Other stations included the LGBT community, Glenside Fire Company and CHS Black Student Union. Photos>
