Registration is for Cheltenham Township Residents Only

2021-2022 Kindergarten Registration May 3 - May 27:

• Children must be five years old on or before September 1, 2021.
• Virtual appointments available Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

To Schedule Kindergarten Registration Appointment

• Submit application and required documents (outlined below) at cheltenham.org/KREGISTRATION
• Contact Ms. Taylor Gray at 215-881-6322 or tgray@cheltenham.org for appointment date/time.

2021-2022 New Student Registration (Grades 1-12)

• Registration window will open at the end of June.
• Students entering first grade must be 6 on or before September 15, 2021.
• Kindergarten students who miss the May window can also register during this time.

To Schedule New Student Registration Appointment

• Submit application and required documents (outlined below) at cheltenham.org/KREGISTRATION

 Required Student Documents:

• Birth certificate or valid passport for proof of child's age
• Current immunization records
• Copy of physical indicating a vision screening has been completed in the past 12 months
• Child’s last report card and/or transcript (grades 7-12)
• IEP, GIEP, or 504 Plan (if applicable)
• Court/custody order or guardianship paperwork (if applicable)
• Proof of Residency:
  • Deed or property tax bill if you are a homeowner or signed lease agreement with landlord's contact information if you are a renter.
  • One of the following: current utility bill such as electric or water, or car insurance card or car registration or current pay stub.
  • Valid driver's license or state-issued photo identification.
