I have been teaching in the Cheltenham School district since 2020. I began at Cedarbrook Middle School, then moved to CHS in 2022. Before teaching in the Cheltenham School District, I taught PK-12 vocal and general music at other schools in the Philadelphia area. At CHS, I teach our four curricular choirs (Select Choir, Concert Choir, Voces Altas, Vwa Ba), Advanced Choral Studies, and Digital Music Production. I also oversee students' work in Touring Ensemble, our two a cappella groups, and Cheltenham Musical Theater. As the director of Vocal Studies, I am thrilled to work with amazing colleagues and students who are passionate about choir and vocal music. My primary goals as a teacher are to teach students to become independent musicians and to help develop students' passion for music-making. Outside of school, I am an organist at my church and gig weddings and funerals.
