The Glenside Elementary School Library is dedicated to meeting the needs of the 21st century student by integrating technological tools to enhance instruction and promote a passion for all types of books.  The library staff values and understands that the library is a place committed to having students develop information literacy skills through electronic, printed and verbal sources. The library environment is one that fosters creativity and encourages students to learn more about all topics and subjects. Our collection is diverse in format and content to support the learning needs of all of our students.

Ms. Williames has a Bachelors degree in history from Penn State, Abington campus, a Masters in Library Science from Clarion University and a teaching certificate for library science K- 12 from Arcadia University. In her free time Ms. Williames loves to play video games, read, and try different restaurants. Ms. Williames loves being a librarian and is most happy when seeing students get excited about reading.
