    Joel Fishbein

    Joel I. Fishbein has resided in Elkins Park since 1993 with his wife, two sons and daughter. A practicing attorney since 1989, Mr. Fishbein has extensive experience in a wide variety of litigation, including employment, healthcare, commercial matters, and criminal defense, and speaks regularly to national audiences about legal issues facing long-term care providers. Awarded the highest Martindale Hubbell rating by his peers, Mr. Fishbein has been designated a "Super Lawyer" on numerous occasions. He served as the vice chair of the Cheltenham Township Human Relations Commission at its establishment by local ordinance and has held board positions with the Cheltenham School District Foundation, Cheltenham Sports, Pennsylvania Tourette Syndrome Alliance and Congregation Kol Ami. Active with the Philadelphia Bar Association, he served as chair of its Young Lawyers Division and on the board of its foundation. Mr. Fishbein holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Penn State University and a law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
