  • May 8th Community Meeting Follow Up Communication

    We as a school district and as a community find ourselves in a pivotal moment. Recent events at our high school have given us a singular focus, so much so that we came together in unprecedented numbers at the May 8th community meeting. That evening, countless individuals not only voiced their concerns, but selflessly committed to being part of a solution. Nothing is more important than the safety of our students, our staff, and our community. Every student has the right to learn in an environment that is free from the threat of violence, intimidation, and distraction. We unquestionably and unwaveringly commit to this; it is our collective duty.   • CHS Relay For Life

    On Saturday, May 20th, CHS hosted its second Relay for Life, helping to raise money for the American Cancer Society. The day opened up with a basketball clinic, organized by Misha Horsey, and hosted by LaShay Banks. Misha, a CHS alumni herself, hosts the annual Lady Panthers Alumni game...

  • School District Names New Head Football Coach

    Cheltenham School District is pleased to announce that Mr. Ryan Nase has been named Cheltenham High School’s new Head Football Coach. Mr. Nase replaces Mr. Joe Gro, who is retiring after twenty-nine seasons as Head Football Coach. Ryan Nase comes to Cheltenham having worked as Assistant Coach at Penn Charter and as both Athletic Director and teacher at Tacony Academy Charter.

    This past weekend the CHS Band program travelled to upstate New York. At the Darien Lake Music Fest the Wind Ensemble, Jazz Big Band, and Marching Panthers all earned Outstanding with Distinction ratings and 1st place in all categories, culminating in being honored as grand champion of the festival...
