Center for Educational Leadership at University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education.The Delaware Valley Minority Student Achievement Consortium (DVMSAC) is a collaborative association oftwenty-eight regional school districts and four county intermediate units in the Greater Philadelphia region that Dr. Robert L. Jarvis is the Director of K-12 Outreach and Director of DVMSAC, which is part of the Penn are committed to working together to enhance the achievement and well-being of all of their students. DVMSAC collectively seeks to measurably and appreciably reduce the disparities in achievement and school engagement between African American and Hispanic students and their Caucasian and Asian peers. DVMSAC has worked diligently to improve the quality of educational experiences and educational outcomes of all students in districts across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
